FortuneLeaf is a content and entertainment service. We cannot offer medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and we are unable to provide personal one-to-one fortune-telling by email.
We welcome corrections to factual errors and typos, requests to cover a particular topic, privacy access or deletion requests, copyright questions, and advertising or partnership enquiries. Corrections are especially welcome: tell us which article and which passage, and we will check it, fix it, and note the change on the article when the correction is substantive.
This is a small operation, so we normally answer within two to three working days. For requests that need processing, such as data deletion, we send an acknowledgement first and write again once it is done. If a week passes with no reply, the message was probably lost — please send it again.
We do not give personal fortune consultations by email. We publish reading material rather than offering a consultancy service, and we are not qualified to judge anyone's career, health or finances from a saju chart or a tarot spread. For decisions in medicine, law or investment, please speak to a professional in that field.
