FortuneLeaf is designed to be privacy-friendly. Most readings are generated on your own device, and inputs such as your birth date are used to produce a reading rather than to identify you. An optional account stores only what is needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information.
FortuneLeaf is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings, and learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

If you use FortuneLeaf without creating an account, we hold no personal information about you on our servers. If you do create one, we store a login identifier and your activity within the service, such as attendance streaks and readings you chose to save. Deleting your account removes this data. To request deletion, write to mido831@naver.com from the address you signed up with; we do not require any paperwork and we act on requests without delay. Anything kept only in your browser, such as language preference or recently viewed readings, can be cleared instantly by clearing site data.
Palm and face readings use your camera or a photo you choose, but those images never leave your device. Landmarks on the hand or face are computed inside your browser and discarded immediately afterwards. We neither store nor view the pictures. Only the resulting text appears on screen, and nothing is kept anywhere unless you save it yourself.
FortuneLeaf is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's data has been stored, please tell us at the address above and we will remove it.
We use Google Firebase for authentication, data storage and hosting, and Google AdSense for advertising. These services process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or hand personal information to advertisers. If this policy changes, we will say so on this page.
